We Believe In The Gospel
What we believe:
The Bible was originally given to be without error. It is written and inspired by God.
In one God eternally existing in three Persons namely, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
That Jesus Christ is the only and unique Son of the Father. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. We believe that Jesus was crucified, died and that on the third day he rose from the head. He ascended into Heaven where He remains at the right hand of God.
In the necessity of salvation and repentance towards God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ by which the sinner is pardoned and accepted as righteous in God’s sight. This justification is imputed by the grace of God because of the atoning work of Christ, is received by faith alone and is evidenced by the fruit of the spirit and a holy life.
In the indwelling of and the baptism in the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues.
In water baptism in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in Jesus and the authority in His name.
In divine healing, the restoration of health to those who believe and act on the truths written in God’s Word. We further believe that Jesus is our Healer and that by His stripes we are already healed.
In the ministries that Christ has set in His church, namely, apostles, prophets, pastors and teachers and in the present operation of the manifold gifts of the Holy Spirit according to the New Testament.
That the gospel embraces the needs of the whole man and the church is therefore commissioned to preach the gospel to the world and fulfil a ministry of healing and deliverance to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
In the personal, physical and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to resurrect the dead in Christ first and those who are alive and remain will be caught up to meet Him in the air.
After death eternal life begins either in Heaven where there is eternal conscious bliss for the righteous or Hell, where there is eternal conscious punishment for the wicked. Where you spend eternity is based on your decision to live according to the Bible or to rebel against it.
